Stop Searching. Start Operating.
In industrial facilities, every minute spent searching for an asset, validating a procedure, or locating a hazard is a minute lost to risk and inefficiency.
Saguaro Physical Asset Solutions transforms your EAM from a complex data silo into a dynamic, location-aware operational tool. We don't just configure Maximo, SAP PM, or HxGN EAM—we build a geographically integrated master data foundation where every asset and location is standardized, traceable, and linked to its real-world placement.
The result? Unparalleled visibility, reduced risk, flawless compliance, and confident operations at every single site.
Our Vision
To be the definitive partner for industrial organizations seeking to transform operational confidence, safety, and efficiency.
We envision a future where every critical physical asset is not only precisely managed by a robust Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system but is intrinsically linked to its real-world geographical context.
Our Mission
Saguaro Physical Asset Solutions exists to optimize the industrial landscape by implementing tailored, location-aware Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
We deliver practical, results-driven strategies by building strong master data foundations, defining scalable asset hierarchies, and geographically integrating every system configuration—ensuring our clients achieve confident, safe, and efficient operations through total asset visibility and flawless compliance.

Timothy Harmon
Mr. Harmon brings over 30 years of specialized experience in physical asset management, operational efficiency, and leadership within critical utility environments, including wastewater treatment and nuclear power. As a growth-oriented and highly talented manager, Timothy possesses a deep understanding of the challenges industrial organizations face in maintaining complex assets.
For two decades, Timothy served in a leadership capacity at the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation, retiring as the Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance Manager.
In this crucial role, he was directly responsible for driving effective asset management across all operational functions.
Asset Management Specialization
Timothy’s expertise goes beyond simple maintenance:
- EAM System Mastery: He successfully managed, implemented, and executed upgrades for major Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and ERP systems, specifically IBM Maximo and IBM Workday. He also has experience with Oracle's Synergen ERP System.
- Reliability Strategy: He personally implemented a reliability-centered maintenance concept (RCM), moving the organization from reactive repairs to predictive, optimized asset performance.
- Inventory Control: He managed five warehouses with a joint value of $90 million in industrial and technical inventory, demonstrating command over the supply chain component critical to asset availability.
- Data and Process Integrity: He managed the CMMS and ERP systems and performed incident investigations and root cause analysis to ensure continuous process improvement.
Before his tenure in wastewater, Timothy developed elite leadership and technical skills in the nuclear sector, serving as a Nuclear Maintenance Supervisor Lead Instructor at American Electric Power's D.C Cook Nuclear Power Plant. His training program was recognized as one of the country's top five programs for managers and supervisors by the Institute for Nuclear Power Operations.
Timothy’s combined expertise—rooted in leading nuclear operations in the U.S. Navy and refined through decades of high-stakes utility plant operation and EAM mastery—makes him a powerful asset in helping Saguaro clients achieve confident, safe, and efficient operations.
